    Joining DKSH India’s team for the distribution of food ingredients, I was happy to see that they emphasize on collaboration and focus on making a positive difference, which allows me to identify challenges and address them beyond my own expectations.

    Working in such an environment makes me feel valued and heard as a team member and has helped drive my career development, not least through internal virtual e-learning platforms which have further enhanced my learning and skills development - anywhere and anytime!

    I love being the person who knows the products best. Being a product manager at DKSH, I enjoy learning new things and analyzing the products, market and consumers in my daily work. The more I dig into them, the more I could possibly provide good solutions to the clients and high-quality products to the consumers. Moreover, I enjoy collaboration with my teammates and across different departments, acquiring different perspectives to formulate a more comprehensive and sophisticated marketing plan.
