The Management Associate, Consumer Goods is an entry-level opportunity within the DKSH Management Associate Program (MAP), designed to give fresh graduates a meaningful launchpad into the Market Expansion Services industry. Through this 12-month structured program, associates gain hands-on exposure across key business functions, interact directly with Consumer Goods business unit leadership, and develop the commercial skills needed to build a career in Sales and Marketing.
What You Will Deliver
- Rotate across key business functions including Sales, Client Management, Customer Account Management, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Food Services to build a comprehensive understanding of route-to-market and sales fundamentals
- Develop broad knowledge of trade channels and categories, and how growth strategies are developed to address consumer and shopper trends
- Contribute to challenging business projects that support category growth and overall business performance
- Generate data-driven insights and analytical outputs, including graphical representations, to support business decision-making and presentations
- Engage actively with cross-functional teams and Consumer Goods leadership to broaden commercial acumen and accelerate professional development
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or an equivalent field
- Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.50 and above, or Second Class Upper equivalent
- Fresh graduate or candidate with less than two years of working experience
- Strong leadership qualities supported by a varied portfolio of extra-curricular activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel (inclusive of Pivot Tables and V-lookups), Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive business implications, and present findings clearly
- High attention to detail and a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Availability to commence the program on 1 October 2026
