About The Role
What You Will Deliver
- Partner with Global and Regional Healthcare leaders and Market HR Business Partners as a trusted advisor, translating business priorities into effective people strategies and actionable HR solutions.
- Provide strategic and operational HR guidance across talent management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement to strengthen organizational outcomes.
- Use people insights and business understanding to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and shape proactive HR solutions that drive business resilience and growth.
- Lead the development, execution, monitoring, and continuous refinement of the Business Unit (BU) People Strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Global Healthcare HR team.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and development initiatives to build a strong and diverse pipeline for critical and leadership roles across global markets.
- Champion internal mobility, retention, and capability-building actions aligned to evolving business needs.
- Lead organization effectiveness and change initiatives, including organization design, restructuring, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and process optimization, ensuring sustainable and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE), People Services, and country HR teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs across markets.
What You Bring
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; relevant postgraduate qualifications or HR certifications would be an advantage.
- Minimum ten years of progressive HR experience, with substantial experience in HR Business Partnering roles.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into people strategies and practical HR solutions.
- Broad knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, organization design, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Strong project management and change management capability, with demonstrated experience leading cross-market or regional HR initiatives.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed, and rapidly evolving work environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to advise and constructively challenge senior leaders.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to use people data and insights to shape decisions and measure impact.
- High proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
