Title:  *Executive Marketing and Promotion Support

About the Role
The Executive, Marketing and Promotion Support plays a vital role in ensuring the compliant, accurate, and effective execution of trade promotion programs at DKSH. This position bridges brand teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless promotion implementation that drives commercial impact.
What You Will Deliver
Guide and advise brand managers on promotion program design and execution to ensure full compliance with applicable legal regulations and company internal policies
Provide promotion program details to service providers, enabling them to conduct compliance reviews, configure systems accurately, and prepare all related documentation in a timely manner
Coordinate with service providers to communicate promotion program information to all relevant internal departments, including Customer Care and Business teams, as well as corresponding teams at the service provider organization
Maintain and manage all data and records related to promotion activities and marketing support to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility
Monitor, review, and evaluate the implementation of promotion-related processes by service providers to ensure adherence to standards and drive continuous improvement
Support the processing and signing of promotion-related documents including program announcements, trade discount contracts, and internal circulation records, coordinating with relevant departments as needed
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree or above
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
Proficiency in office productivity tools
