Title:  Manager, Quality Assurance (80-100%)

Job summary

To strengthen our production compliance function in overseeing our contract manufacturers, we are looking for an experienced professional to join us, starting immediately or by arrangement:

Key responsibilities

• Oversee batch documentation control, review executed batch records, and approve or reject production batches to ensure GMP and regulatory compliance
• Manage deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and timely closure
• Maintain and analyze product and batch-specific overviews, conducting trend analyses to identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers, Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain to resolve batch-related issues and ensure timely compliance with production orders
• Support Quality System management, including audits, regulatory compliance, and enforcement of GMP-compliant procedures

Your profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
• Experience in quality assurance, including deviation management and Master Batch Record controlling
• Solid knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines and regulatory expectations
• Knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging processes as an advantage
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage priorities under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills; compliance and improvement-focused mindset
• Excellent command of English and German
