Title: Manager, Production Compliance (80-100%)

Job Summary
To strengthen our production compliance function in overseeing our contract manufacturers, we are looking for an experienced professional to join us, starting immediately or by arrangement:
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creation, review, and approval of Master Batch Records and Manufacturing Instructions
- Oversee deviation management, process validation, and documentation control
- Ensure compliance of production activities with GMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with contract manufacturers to resolve compliance issues and drive process improvements
- Collaborate in the preparation, review and timely completion of annual Product Quality Reviews
- Promote a culture of integrity, accuracy, and continuous improvement within production teams
Your profile
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in quality assurance, including deviation management, Master Batch Record creation, and process validation
- Solid knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines, regulatory expectations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage priorities under pressure, and develop Manufacturing Instructions and Master Batch Records in line with GMP standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills; compliance- and improvement-focused mindset
- Excellent command of English and German
