Title:  Product Specialist

About the Role

The Product Specialist is responsible for driving and implementing sales strategies across DKSH's Healthcare client portfolio, with a focus on penetrating both government hospital and private medical channels in Singapore. This role is central to growing territory revenue, expanding account reach, and delivering meaningful solutions to healthcare professionals and institutions.

What You Will Deliver

• Drive territory sales revenue and deliver against client product portfolio targets across assigned accounts
• Identify and map targeted accounts to drive new sales adoption and market penetration across government hospital and private medical channels
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Service and maintain existing business including contract management, quotations, tenders, and Healthcare Professional (HCP) relationship management
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and identify untapped account potential within the territory
• Track account sales performance and provide accurate territory forecasts including sales volumes, penetration rates, and market share
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, competitive landscape, and key market trends to inform territory strategy
• Plan and execute territory sales activities, coordinating Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities in partnership with the Marketing team
• Gather and map sales and market intelligence through territory relationships, applying insights to develop tangible solutions across sales channels

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science, Pharmacy, or Business Management
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in healthcare or related sales environment
• Proven sales track record in a Specialty Therapeutic Area is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Valid Class 3 driving license; access to a personal vehicle is preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented approach
• Agile and highly adaptable with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
