About the Role
The Product Specialist drives sales growth and clinical engagement within the healthcare sector, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals and clinics in Singapore. This role combines deep product expertise with hands-on territory management, making it ideal for motivated sales professionals looking to create meaningful impact in the medical device or healthcare industry.
What You Will Deliver
- Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals and clinics to support sustainable business growth
- Provide product expertise and technical guidance to doctors and clinical users during live case support and consultations
- Conduct product demonstrations and organize educational talks at departmental and hospital levels to drive product awareness and clinical adoption
- Own and consistently achieve individual sales targets for the assigned territory and product portfolio
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and quotation to post-sale follow-up and customer satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams to support strategic planning
- Develop and execute a territory action plan aligned with business objectives and sales targets
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly sales activities, optimizing time and resource allocation for maximum impactHandle customer objections effectively and build strong influence among key clinical and procurement decision-makers
What You Bring
- University degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Science, Engineering, or Business
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of successful sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Strong presentation and communication skills tailored to both clinical and non-clinical audiences
- Proven ability to manage product discussions during live case support in hospital settings
- Deep understanding of the Singapore healthcare system, including public and private institutions
- Proficiency in sales techniques with a demonstrated track record of engaging end users and procurement decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to coach peers and contribute positively to team development
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or product education is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for sales tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Willingness to be on-call after office hours or during weekends when required
