Title: Product Specialist MDD

General Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals and clinics.
- Provide product expertise and technical guidance to doctors and clinical users during case support and consultations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and organize talks at departmental and hospital levels to drive awareness and education.
- Own and achieve individual sales targets for assigned territory and product portfolio.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and quotation to post-sale follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, sharing insights with internal teams to support strategic planning.
- Create and execute a territory action plan aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
- Plan and manage weekly/monthly sales activities, optimizing time and resource allocation.
- Handle customer objections effectively and build influence among key decision-makers.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Strong presentation and communication skills tailored to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage product discussions during live case support in hospital settings.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore healthcare system, including public and private institutions.
- Proficient in sales techniques with a track record of engaging both end users and procurement decision-makers.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or product education is an asset.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Willingness to be on-call after office hours or during weekends, when necessary.
Education
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Science, Engineering, Business).
- Minimum 1–2 years of successful sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
