Title:  Medical Science Liaison

About the Role

The Medical Science Liaison serves as DKSH's subject matter expert on the cardiorenal-metabolic portfolio, developing and driving medical affairs strategy and activities across Singapore. This role is central to advancing clinical understanding among healthcare professionals and delivering integrated brand plan objectives in alignment with local regulations and business priorities.

What You Will Deliver

• Develop and execute medical strategy for relevant therapeutic areas, ensuring activities are delivered at the highest quality and within defined timelines
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional leads to support therapeutic area brand plans and drive excellent execution of key tactics
• Develop and implement a scientific communication plan that enables meaningful dialogue with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to deepen understanding of the clinical management landscape for relevant therapeutic areas
• Design and execute structured avenues to gather insights from key experts, including advisory boards and scientific consultations, with proper documentation and dissemination of findings
• Provide educational platforms to support HCPs in understanding emerging clinical data and the appropriate use of DKSH products
• Review promotional materials and package inserts to ensure medical accuracy, compliance, and alignment with current clinical evidence
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical and scientific developments and deliver medical-scientific training to the sales force
• Support medical affairs activities including advisory board meetings, Continuing Medical Education (CME), speaker development, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement
• Support medical information enquiry processing and safety reporting in accordance with applicable requirements
• Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, company policies, and relevant treatment guidelines

What You Bring

• Medical degree (MBBS or MD) preferred; doctorate (PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline also considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable Medical Science Liaison or medical affairs role within a multinational company (MNC) environment
• Experience in the cardiorenal-metabolic therapeutic area is preferred
• Scientific expertise in autoimmune, cardiometabolic, dermatology, or similar specialist fields
• Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities with the ability to translate complex clinical data into actionable insights
• Confident and articulate communicator with a proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and change leadership skills
