Title:  Representative Tele -Sales

Job Summary

Sales driving with tele call, Customer service & Order creation.

General Responsibilities

• Make outbound call as call plan
• Maintain customer relationships and understanding customer demand & market insight
• Complete order via update system during an outbound call
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; and reporting needed changes.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Understanding of product nature, range, packing size
• Solving any customer objection & complaint raised & follow up customers' order.
• Understanding of software for using daily operation to be convenient

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Have good problem solving skills.
• Have experience in sales or have a good attitude towards sales.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in tele sales skills.
• Understanding of software for using daily operation to be convenient
• Has clear & nice voice, Computer literate
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Have at least 1 year experience in Telesales, call center, or customer service.
