About The Role

Responsible for supporting and coordinating quality assurance activities to ensure operational compliance with GSP, GDP, 7S, SOPs, and local/regional requirements. The role monitors quality standards, maintains documentation and records, supports quality improvement initiatives, investigates customer complaints, analyzes processes, and provides quality awareness training to employees. 

 
 

What You Will Deliver

  • As a Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator (7S).
  • Ensure the checking of the operation conformity to below quality requirements:
    1- Good Storage Practice (GSP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guideline
    2- 7s (Sorting, Straightening, Shining, Standardize, Sustaining,Safety and Security) guideline
    3- other requirements committed by local or regional management (eg., Regional Best Practices, Guidelines, Protocols and SOPs)
  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Support the design and development of quality assurance procedures, processes and standards to ensure alignment to global DKSH quality policy and local regulatory guidelines
  • Prepare and assist in designing quality assurance systems, including the development of quality checklists, supporting tools and techniques
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in practices and processes
  • Investigate and record customer complaints regarding product performance, specifications and reliability
  • Maintain all controlled document files and quality records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in providing training to employees on quality awareness and management
  • Provide technical assistance to production on quality and process improvements as well as trouble shooting when necessary

What You Bring

 

  • Demonstrate knowledge in Quality Assurance tools, concepts and methodologies
  • Demonstrate knowledge in GMP/ISO9000 or other quality management systems (e.g. GSP, GDP, GMP, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001)
  • Overall knowledge on supply chain management
  • Demonstrate knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in GMP manufacturing and Specific experience and knowledge on pharmaceutical and food industries (Desirable)

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor degree holder in Science or Degree in B Pharm / other medical related degree.
  • Fresh graduate or some experience in a similar role.
