Title:  Product Specialist

Job Summary

Sale and Promotion of Medical Product in townships of Yangon. Must have background knowledge of healthcare and medical product usage. Have strong communication and socializing skill to deal with customers from healthcare services i.e., doctors, nurses, pharmacist.. 

General Responsibilities

• To be on the front-line of the “value” chain: beyond product information to doctor target group
• To be the point person: will have to explain, inform, and engage physicians with product information align with drug position and marketing strategy and send key message
• Professional in products and disease knowledge
• To maximize sales of product portfolio within the area
• To attend training and education programs and participate in marketing activities
• To act in accordance with the DKSH Values, Leader Behaviors and DKSH compliance regulations
• Professional personal appearance and personal behaviors e.g. wearing uniform, visit doctors in the right time and right manner
• Discipline and consistency in daily work (work hardest)

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Good working knowledge in assigned territories/products/services and strong selling skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Problem solving skill.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Education and Experience

• Degree or professional qualification in a Science- or Medical-related discipline with minimum one year experience in similar role. 
• Prefer previous working experiences in sale and marketing of pharmaceutical products
