Job Summary

Responsible for managing and promoting medical products to healthcare professionals. Must have basic knowledge in medical products and strong communication and selling skills.

General Responsibilities

• Specialized in product and disease knowledge, and promote through effective selling skills and presentations.
• Build strong positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and targeted HCPs, convince them to prescribe the products with evidence based product information by appropriate use of promotional materials.
• Achieve individual sales target in assigned territories and generate regular users, active accounts and maintain existing prescribers.
• Gain deeper understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps and generate new ideas which can grow market share
• Pursue company's objective and goals through team work and dedication.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Good working knowledge in assigned territories/products/services and strong selling skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Problem solving skill

• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.

Education and Work Experience

• M.B.B.S, B.Pharm, or Any Science Degree Holder.

• Prefer previous working experiences in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
