Title: Healthcare Nutrition Strategy Manager

Job Summary
Leading the Healthcare Nutrition Strategy role (Medical Marketing) and support staff in driving and execution the effective medical marketing strategies and plans.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and execute medical marketing functional strategy and plans based on through analysis of the market & environment, competitive and consumers trends as well as the desired business objectives of the company.
- Developing the communication materials of HCN team with alignment of brand team, compliance and legal.
- Manage the medical projects and events such as Launching or medical symposium etc.
- Ensure high quality execution of the marketing/business plan in a coordinated fashion with medical sales, in line with Marketing & Sales, operation/Supply Chain, Finance and advertising /research agency.
- Manage spending budget effectively to achieve project objectives within budget approval
- Conduct market visit to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic & plans executed and competitors’ activities.
- Lead all aspects of the creative development process to ensure high quality effective integrated communication strategy across all relevant HCPs touchpoints to deliver consistent brand experience to and through the HCP, which builds brand equity & drives trust and sales performance.
- Work closely with internal team and HMS team local / global team to develop and drive HCPs segmentation including analysis and interpretation of date on the target group understand market and category. Leads HN team to develop the winning HCP strategics and tactics.
- Support in any other ad-hoc tasks and other jobs assigned by supervisors.
- Regular field visit to market and HCFs one time per quarter and if need outstation trips must have to attach with team.
Leadership responsibilities
- Balancing the needs of all stakeholders -internal team, HCPs, marketing and sale and to smooth the execution.
- Clear communication with the team & HMS team to ensure the achievement of goal.
- Characteristics: high commitment, open strong leadership and ability to work under pressure & be a team player.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Respects specific rules with Myanmar milk Law and Danone milk code for the marketing of products for infants and young child feeding which covers the requirements for WHO code of Breast-Feeding Milk Substitute.
- Project management, brand marketing management, analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Knowing HCP behaviors, culture and need to collaborate with association/society and health care organizations.
Education
- Must have any degree in marketing or relevant education background
- MBA, BBA- nice to have
- Related with medical background -nice to have
Work Experience
- At least 2 to 3 years of manager role in marketing field or manager role in pharmaceutical field.
