Title: Manager, General Administration

Job Summary
Manage country/Business Unit/central services administration and business support functions (e.g. office administration, office equipment and supplies upkeep management and cost/tender management, etc.)
General Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance service of office facilities, M&E, Generator, Fire safety, PABX and Security system in head office.
- Manage and control fixed asset and general expenses of head office.
- Coordinate meeting room booking, refreshment and event arrangement for head office.
- Manage security operation and support HSE & BCP of head office.
- Supervise vehicle related license, governmental related license and its' renewal process.
- Act as a liaison between different departments for administrative support such as office stationery, assets, staff uniform and others.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards.
- Analyses and review administrative cost to be cost efficient
- To assist Head of Administration Department and coordinate with outside multi organizations.

- Set direction and cascade team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated.
- Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of General Administration and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or an equivalent degree
Work Experience
- Minimum seven to ten years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum five years’ experience in a managerial capacity
