Job Summary
As a Client Management Executive at DKSH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our sales, distribution, and channel strategies. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring, reporting, and analyzing various aspects of business performance, with a keen focus on sales targets, inventory management, and trade marketing activities.
General Responsibilities
- Implement plans and initiatives relating to the brand, customer experience and loyalty in order to drive the brand sales growth
- Responsible for conducting market research activities to forecast emerging market needs that are relevant for the organization
- Provide reports timely as required for business needs
- Act as the first point of reference for all product related inquires
- Collaborate and build productive relationship with clients, other departments and customers
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent communication
- Fast- paced in learning and developing
- Be proactive
- Have a mindset of brand owner and agility for changes
- Strong analytical skill (data, market trends, reports)
- Proficiencies in MS office application (E.g., word, excel, power point)
- Fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Marketing, or related discipline
Work Experience
Minimum two to three years’ experience in sales and marketing role.
