Title:  Executive, Field Activation

Job Summary

Executive, Field Activation is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all field marketing activities. The role acts as a key link between clients, sales teams, CGM team, vendors, and field staff to ensure smooth and timely execution of POSM, in-store visibility, and market research activities.

General Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all field marketing activities in line with approved marketing strategies
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of POSM installation, in-store visibility, and promotional activities
• Coordinate with clients, sales teams, CGM team, vendors, and field staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor field execution quality and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
• Manage POSM inventory, distribution, and tracking across assigned territories
• Conduct market audits, store checks, and competitor activity tracking
• Prepare regular field marketing reports, including execution status, photos, and insights
• Handle operational issues on-ground and ensure quick resolution
• Support market research and data collection activities as required

Functional Skills and Knowledges

• Excellent communication.
• Fast- paced in learning and developing.
• Have a mindset of brand owner and agility for changes.
• Strong analytical skill (data, market trends, reports).
• Proficiencies in MS office application (E.g., word, excel, power point).
• Fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.

Years of Experiences

• At least 2 years of experience in FMCG. Field marketing will be preferred.

Education

• Any graduate, bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred
