Title:  Distribution Center Operations Assistant

Job Summary

Coordinate and support distribution center operations and warehouses efficient and effectively to achieve team objectives.

General Responsibilities

Receiving/Inbound

Arrival product Inspection for Batch, Qty, Product Description, Pack size and Right DRC no, Right entry, Right time.
Proper Carton Pattern in Storage & Recording of pest found in UV lamps & cleaning record.
Product segregation by batch and New product recording/Handling – ensure to raise change control report and inform to respective persons
Proper recording of Damage, shortage & surplus upon arrival stock proper control damage storage area.
Check for shelf life of shipment against shipment policy
Monthly arrival log, Damage Statement & labour charges

Freezer, Cold chain, Control Drug (FCC)
Check the accuracy with pick quantity vs picker slip of Freezer, Cold Chain, Control Drug product
Cold Room Function Monitoring & Downloading recorded Temperature from Cold Room’s Data logger
Ensure for storage of cold chain products in cold Room and/or electrical failure . Proper recycling of Ice pack
Twice a day manual recording of Data logger temperature reading
Temperature Control- securing warehouse storage areas by setting alarm limits, ensuring the alarm is tested regularly
FEFO for shelf-life control & No. expired products to be in storage area
Correct product Pack Size count & observe wrong batch no. pick by Human error
Key control authority for controlled drug storage in absence of warehouse supervisor “Monthly stock check” Reviewing & ordering Packaging Material (For Cold Chain)
Authorize to block the products which have remaining shelf life less than 3 months for over 1 year shelf-life product
Authorize to regard as expired stock if the products expiry is due.
Storage capacity utilization, Stock Rotation upon Fast- & Slow-moving goods

Storage & Picking
Put away base upon Storage condition requirement
Optimum Storage Space 'Telly with physical vs arrival quantity
Efficient labor assignment upon Job.
Storing and registration of old documents: Effective documentation & recording
Right product with right time at right location & Efficient Picker Routing
Ensure for Storing product at required temperature and not at worst location *Recording of pest found in UV lamps & cleaning record

Correct product Pack Size count

Packing & Dispatching
On time packing ,Retention report Accuracy 'Check the accuracy with pick quantity vs picker slip.
Dispatch punctuality on time replenishment to/from other DC
Dispatch in Right product with Right quantity in Right document & Cost Accuracy
Storing and registration of old documents: Effective documentation & recording, Pack Products by invoice
Ensure for Storing product at required temperature and not at worst location “Recording of pest found in UV lamps & cleaning record”
Observe wrong batch no. pick by Human error
Check &Tally dispatch goods “Reviewing & ordering Packaging Material”
Examine & assessing right products are received back from customer
Access the compliance with Trade Return Acceptance Range Policy
Daily Picking Error Summary Report 

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Able to work overtime when required
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Independent aggressive, self-motivated and team’s player

Education and Experience

• High School graduated

• At least 1 Year working experience with related fields.
