Title:  Delivery Sales Representative

Job Summary

Coordinate and support Transport operations and others department efficient and effectively to achieve team objectives

General Responsibilities

• Responsible for arrange the right customer, right product, and right time delivery process.
• Responsibility for arrange delivery order within delivery timeline.
• Responsibility for arrange and manage proper loading process to delivery truck for delivery order products.
• Responsibility for correct for cash collection process by mCollector and safety for cash handling process in operation.
• Responsibility for risk manage in operation within delivery way.
• Responsibility for manage to cash flow process between customer and treasury at office.
• Responsibility for complaint handling process between customer and operation.
• Responsibility for sharing to others related operation information.
• Responsibility for collect products from customers of return product and separate handling and back to DC as per product storage nature.
• Responsibility for daily checking to delivery vehicle cleaning stats before product loading
• Responsibility for checking to delivery truck aircon status as per require temperature for delivery truck aircon.
• Responsibility for recorded data for document at related operation nature.
• Responsibility for collect back of all delivery invoices, cash and handover to treasury and related team by POD proper records form.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• • Must be knowledge way plan and township in city downtown areas.
  • Must be knowledge customer communication and services.
  • Must be knowledge product handling nature, and cash handling.
  • Male / Female (more convenience for male, due to operation nature for loading and unloading for product with safety)
  • Must be good both mentally and physically.
  • Must be age under 25 years as per operation nature.
  • Must be able to work overtime when required.
  • Must be travel short trips when required.
  • Must be explain about of our operation nature to customer, and related department as clearly.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor or Upper Education Pass
• 2 Year experience with related fields.
