Job Summary

Take orders from customers by phone or email to provide care for them. 

General Responsibilities

  • Provide basic information and respond. After managing and confirming the order using the appropriate methods
  • Troubleshoot issues based on customer needs, complaints and delivery status. With speed and accuracy
  • Manage cases and prioritize them according to specific dates and times.
  • Record transactions to analyze company data.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• 1-2 years work experience
• Communication skills
• Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, SAP.
• Have a passion for service.

Education

Bachelor's degree in any field.
