Job Summary

Provide high-quality first-line customer care, internal ops team members support. And manage administrative work at the branch to enable well-equipped, well-planned, and well-documented execution of service events on a daily basis. Communicate and escalate questions and issues to Service Managers, Service Supervisors, CSA/ CSR’s, Parts Managers.
 

General Responsibilities

  • Customer setup accuracy. And collect customer's information such as Company DICA, Form-31.
  • Initial Work Order setup accuracy.
  • Ensures equipment file is updated and correct.
  • Reviews service history applicable to engine/equipment in master date list.
  • Contact name accuracy. Contact number(s) accuracy.
  • Documents payment method and communicates customer payment polices.
  • Timely delivery of opened Work Orders to the Service Supervisors for assignment.
  • Participates in job status meetings to ensure job status is can be communicated to all the service ops members as needed.
  • Timeliness of invoicing completed Work Orders.
  • Final review of all Work Order details.
  • Contact the customer upon completion and submitting invoicing.
  • Participates in service performance teams to improve service operations including proper documentations storage in job bag.
  • Ensure data quality. Prepare Part List and parts withdraw process per Service Supervisor/Technician input.
  • Request manual Delivery Order for the parts delivery process. 
  • Collect the service technician's reports from respective supervisors and perform invoicing process.
  • Review the job bag to ensure final service report is completed, and all expenses related to the job are accounted for.
  • 4KPI of service operation team outcome.
  • Providing the Customer's information and job completion data to NPS team.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Experienced in generator, engine and service administration process on these products or services.
  • Knows how important of the service admin work is making to get excellence support to our customers upon our products such as Generators, Engines, Parts and especially for Service Supports.

Education and Work Experience

  • BE/B-Tech (Mechanical or Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering) OR Any graduated.
  • Graduate in any engineering related training is preferable.
  • Experienced as a warranty administrator or this kind of process experiences at least 2 - 3 years.
  • Experienced in generator, engine and parts claim process on these products or services.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with technical capability, understanding of internal combustion engines & power generation equipment as well as exposure to training delivery.
