Job Summary

Business Management & Client management to achieve committed target with efficient and compliance ways. Team management and cross functional teams’ collaboration to achieve common objectives P & L responsibility for responsible clients. Achieve top line sales, business growth and profitable clients.

General Responsibilities

  • To align with business strategy and objectives to achieve annual sales targets
  • Oversee and manage operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Prepare product forecasts and constantly monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal supply
  • Lead the marketing team on manage new product launches, including product launch plans, roll-out timings, sample preparations (where applicable), display standards, etc.
  • Lead the sales team, monitor and analyze sales trends and recommend marketing activities to achieve sales targets
  • Manage market research to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with clients
  • Act as the first point of reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues to address any issues that may arise

Education and Work experience

  • Medical Graduate (MBBS or B Pharm).

  • MBA will be advantage.

  • 10+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical field with 5+ years’ experience on marketing & client management.
