Job Summary
• To act as “Medical” face of the company and comply with ethics
• To review promotional materials, internet contents and advertising materials according to medical affairs standard of the company
• To give disease trainings and scientific data support to HCPs and employees
• To keep data according to good documentation practice
• Understand and implement the company standard of interaction with healthcare professionals (IHCP)
General Responsibilities
Scientific information Support
• Provide disease training of related therapeutic areas to internal colleagues
• Support up-to-date scientific information to HCPs as well as internal colleagues
• Leading/participating in advisory board/Expert meetings.
• Conduct medical review of promotional materials.
• Conduct medical review of internet contents.
• Conduct medical review of advertisements before submitting to authority (FDA).
• Answering questions from healthcare providers regarding product safety or efficacy that is not
• Addressed in product’s label. This involves liaising with Client’s medical affairs.
Collaboration
• Support department head for review with local management team on Medical Affairs' activities and updates to obtain commitment on local medical affairs implementation.
• Support department head in coordinating with cross-functional departments of DKSH such as regulatory affairs, quality assurance, customer care departments, administrative department, sales and marketing teams, etc.
• Involve in coordinating with medical affairs dept. of different clients.
• Involve in coordination with various departments of different clients such as regulatory affairs, quality assurance, etc.
Process Training
• Provide trainings such as promotional material request process, Local Medical Enquiry request to DKSH colleagues.
• ·Provide new SOP trainings to related departments.
Support in scientific activities
• Medical data support in scientific activities such as symposiums, product launchings, etc.
• Keeping up to date changes in treatment guidelines & treatment trends both locally as well as internationally.
Reconciliations
• Perform regular reconciliations on medical inquiry within medical affairs department
• Perform regular reconciliations on medical inquiry with cross-functional departments of DKSH
• Perform regular reconciliations on medical inquiry with client side (if required)
• Perform regular reconciliations on local medical literature search within medical affairs department
• Perform regular reconciliations on local medical literature search with cross-functional departments of DKSH
• Perform regular reconciliations on local medical literature search with client side (if required)
Data Management
• Archiving documents according to good documentation practice
• To participate in audit meetings as required
• Updating brief product profile of healthcare business unit and share with relevant colleagues of DKSH

Education and Work Experience
- MBBS
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Experience in medical affairs is preferred.
