Title:  Assistant Manager Client Management

About The Role

Manage client accounts to ensure smooth client business integration and drive business growth of the clients.

What You Will Deliver

• Act as a main gateway between client leadership and DKSH by demonstrating high service and awareness of client’s business and market situation.
• Maintain business relationship and maximize the level of satisfaction via regular business reviews and Ad hoc meetings that reflect actual performance and contract service level KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to expand services provided to clients.
• Coordinate and prepare documents on business integration, including processes and system set up.
• Coordinate with internal DKSH departments to ensure all operational issues raised by clients are responded to effectively and in a timely manner.
• Prepare, manage and schedule business communications and business review meetings with clients’ management team.
• Identify and support streamlining of existing business processes to ensure DKSH profitability.
• Act as a DKSH representative to communicate relevant issues to clients’ management teams.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
• Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Possess strong negotiation skills

Education and Work Experiences

• Bachelor Degree in Business / Medical related studies
• Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role including sales and marketing
