General Responsibilities
- Transaction Verification: Preparing and analyzing financial information to record transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Audit Management: Handling External Audit requirements (EY) for invoices, P&L, inventory, and AR.
- Cost Analysis: Verifying Service Costs, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and WIP (Work in Progress) after jobs are closed.
- Variance Reporting: Planning job costs and reporting variances to the Country Manager before invoicing.
- Month-End Tasks: Managing accruals and margin reporting for CDM & CDS.
- SAP Operations: Controlling internal orders, Sales & Distribution (SD) processes, and inbound inventory modules.
- Process Documentation: Preparing process maps and control matrices.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable: Monitoring AR collection status and managing AP functions via Excel and SAP.
- Purchasing & Payments: Controlling the direct purchasing process and monitoring payment vouchers for third parties and freight forwarders.
- Technician Support: Managing cash/float advances and claim reconciliations for service technicians.
- Inventory Control: Managing asset usage, ordering parts (filters, oil, etc.), and material planning.
- Logistics Monitoring: Oversight of importing shipments, local purchases from Singapore, and inbound MIRO processes.
- Physical Audits: Conducting year-end physical stock counts at warehouses and workshop locations.
- Business Support: Assisting with CDM Townhall arrangements, corporate trips, and team-gathering activities
