Description: 

Job Summary

Provide clerical support on daily activities execution related to Business Unit, Central Services Administration and Business Support Functions (e.g. office administration, office equipment and supplies upkeep management and cost/tender management, etc.)

General Responsibilities

  • Manage to handle all operational supports (Generator maintenance, Fuel supplies, Pest controlling, Drinking water, etc.)
  • Manage to handle M&E issues by the regarding of controlling M&E accessories, checking M&E with AMT(Third Party), etc.
  • Support assist HO for all required ISO documentations
  • Manage to handle implementation of HSE issues (CAPA walkthrough, External/Internal Audit, etc.)
  • Manage to handle all office supplying matters like receiving, distribution, controlling, recording, etc. (Stationary, Pantry, Electrical accessories, etc)
  • Proper monitoring of the consumption of household necessities and pantry items
  • Manage to facilitate/implementation of office renovation, structure maintenance, new construction, etc.
  • Manage to implement the security issues by regarding of monitoring, controlling, reporting, etc. according to the management’s plan
  • Manage to handle safety issues (Fire safety, Occupational safety, etc.) in DKSH compound
  • Manage to supervise cleaners and general workers closely for the cleaning and hygiene warehouse inside and outside, office area, public way
  • Manage to handle processing of required license and documents
  • Manage to serve Meeting Rooms’ facility and arrange to provide food for meeting (Training, Ceremony, etc.)
  • Manage to check, monitor, facilitate the maintenance tasks according to management plan
  • Manage for making sure to keep all necessary documents for relative matters with proper filing system
  • Manage to provide required documents/records to HO
  • Manage required assists to Deport head’s in general administration and documentation as required
  • To support Depot head in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
  • Manage to handle complete transition of all expenditure process in times (General exp, Monthly exp ,etc.)
  • To assist Management, communication with outside multi organization

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent communication.
  • Fast- paced in learning and developing.
  • Have a mindset of brand owner and agility for changes.
  • Proficiencies in MS office application (E.g., word, excel, power point).
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of principles and techniques of administrative management (e.g. lean 6-sigma best practices, etc.)
  • Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail

Work Experience

  • At least three to four years' experience in a similar role.

Education

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
