Job Summary
Provide clerical support on daily activities execution related to Business Unit, Central Services Administration and Business Support Functions (e.g. office administration, office equipment and supplies upkeep management and cost/tender management, etc.)
General Responsibilities
- Manage to collect stationery requests, stock receiving & distribution to all units of DKSH.
- Responsible for ordering stationery to selected vendors and prepare payments.
- Manage overall cleanliness of office premises and monitor cleaner’s duty assignment.
- Proper monitoring of the consumption of household necessities and pantry items.
- Manage copier rental payment.
- Supervision for front desk operation.
- Manage drinking water supply and its payment.
- Make sure to keep all necessary documents for relative matters with proper filing system.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Up to two years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of principles and techniques of administrative management (e.g. lean 6-sigma best practices, etc.)
- Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
Education
Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
