Title: Administration Assistant

Job Summary
Responsible for organizing , arranging and controlling in various administrative functions such as : office supplies, office administration and supervise in daily cleaning condition, safety and security of inside and outside warehouse and providing clerical supports on daily activities.
General Responsibilities
- To organize the stationary issues regarding of collecting the requests and sending to HO, controlling and delivering the stationaries to respective department
- To organize M&E issues by the regarding of controlling M&E accessories, checking M&E with AMT (Third Party), etc.
- To coordinate and implement the generator issues by the regarding of regular maintenance, fuel filling and controlling, and the related records
- To monitor and control safety conditions, security issues and fire safety issue (training, drilling, etc) by regarding - monitoring, controlling, reporting, etc. according to the management’s plan.
- To assist in the extension of warehouse license and other related processes
- To supervise cleaners and general workers closely for the cleaning and hygiene warehouse inside and outside, office area, public way.
- To control, order and distribute the pantries, maintaining the records and reporting
- Make sure to keep all necessary documents for administration related matters with proper filing system
- Proper monitoring for the consumption of household necessities, Meeting Rooms’ facility and arrange to provide food, drinks as request (e.g. Events, meeting, etc.)
- Assist and Support DC/Deport head in general administration, documentation and managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources etc.
- Manage to handle complete transition of all expenditure process in times (General exp, Monthly exp ,etc.)
- To assist Administration Manager in communication with outside multi organization.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent communication.
- Fast- paced in learning and developing.
- Have a mindset of brand owner and agility for changes.
- Proficiencies in MS office application (E.g., word, excel, power point).
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of principles and techniques of administrative management.
- Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail.
Education
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
Work Experience
- Up to two years' experience in a similar role.
