Title:  Specialist, IT Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities

• Service Excellence: Manage the internal ticketing system and ensure all requests are resolved within SLA targets.
• Endpoint Support: Handle Windows imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting for corporate laptops and peripherals.
• AI Integration: Actively leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI tools to resolve technical issues independently.
• Project Coordination: Assist in project tracking and following up with stakeholders to ensure key milestones are met.
• Regional Collaboration: Coordinate with regional teams on group-level IT initiatives and infrastructure projects.
• On-site Support: Facilitate technical setups for meeting rooms and video conferencing systems.
• IT Administration: Manage procurement records, vendor quotations, and internal technical documentation (SOPs).
• Operational Flexibility: Provide Ad-hoc support outside of regular office hours as required by operational needs.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline; fresh graduates with a growth mindset and a passion for technology are highly welcome.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware maintenance.
• Fast learner: Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing environments.
• Fluent in Cantonese; Good command of English (written and verbal) for regional communication.
