Description: 

General responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Hong Kong & Macau, covering experienced hires, campus, Management Associates, interns, and part-time roles.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using multiple recruiting channels.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify critical roles and support succession planning.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs (TA, onboarding, performance, leadership development, succession, engagement, DEI).
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen DKSH’s employer value proposition (including GPTW & engagement recognition).
  • Collaborate with Group TA and regional/APAC stakeholders to meet diversity and hiring KPIs.
  • Stay updated on market trends and recommend innovative talent strategies.
  • Prepare talent reports, metrics, and insights for senior leadership.

Candidate Experience & Operations

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and relationship building.
  • Support onboarding and maintain recruitment data in SuccessFactors, including documentation and contracts.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree holder 
  • Possess at least 6 years of work-related experience in related industry 
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition with a successful track record of recruiting top talent 
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools (SAP, SuccessFactor, Linkedin etc), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques 
  • Strong fluency in English and Cantonese is a must and other Asian language is a plus 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders 
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-backed decisions 
  • Positive mindset and can-do attitude and collaborative 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and receptive to learn new things 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities
