General Responsibilities:

• Support superiors in managing day-to-day marketing operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate and provide administrative support in implementing marketing plans and promotional activities to achieve business objectives and marketing strategies.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, medical meetings, scientific seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing events to ensure smooth and effective execution.
• Liaise with external vendors, event organizers, travel agencies, hotels, and other service providers on event logistics, accommodation, transportation, and related arrangements.
• Coordinate speaker and participant logistics, including travel arrangements, hotel bookings, meeting schedules, and onsite event support.
• Maintain records and tracking of marketing expenditures, event budgets, invoices, and supporting documents for monitoring against approved budgets.
• Conduct market and competitor research, compile data systematically, and provide insights to support marketing planning and management reporting.
• Develop and coordinate marketing materials and promotional tools, including brochures, leaflets, banners, exhibition materials, and digital assets to support marketing activities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Medical teams, as well as external agencies and vendors, to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with business priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in related discipline
• Relevant internship or work experience in pharmaceutical marketing, event management, medical communications, sales support, or trade marketing will be an advantage.
• Experience in organizing meetings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, or healthcare-related events is preferred.
• Familiarity with event logistics, travel coordination, accommodation arrangements, and vendor management is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with hotels, travel agencies, event organizers, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive.
