Title:  Pharmacist

General Responsibilities:

• Perform the primary Dangerous Drugs (DD) Pharmacist duty, including DD PIC of Wholesale dealer License (WDL) and secondary repackaging
• To ensure that the ordinances and regulations governing dangerous drugs and psychotropic substances transactions are fulfilled
• To supervise all dangerous drugs and psychotropic substances transactions in the company
• To monitor the importation and exportation of dangerous drugs and psychotropic substances
• To coordinate deliveries of dangerous drugs and psychotropic substances orders
• To assure the distribution and storage of dangerous drugs and psychotropic substances are up to regulatory and required standard
• To organize disposal of written off dangerous drugs and psychotropic substances
• To conduct a monthly stock-check on dangerous drugs and psychotropic substances
• To ensure all transactions records are properly signed and stamped by the customers and properly filed for easy retrieval
• To assist in Department of Health inspections/ requests
• Back-up the operation of Drug Safety on adverse events reporting

Job Requirements:

• A Hong Kong Registered Pharmacist is required with minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Well-versed in the Hong Kong pharmaceuticals regulatory requirement
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive, reliable and organized with attention to detail
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
