Title:  Executive, Client Management (Trade Marketing)

Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a talent who is dedicated with experience on brand development and trade marketing to join our FMCG team in Hong Kong as an Executive, Client Management (Trade Marketing). 

As an Executive, Client Management, you take full accountability of the assigned brands to develop and execute marketing plans. Apart from strategic planning, you will work closely with sales team on the implementation of trade marketing activities to achieve brand and financial objectives.

General Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, executive and review ATL/BTL activities for assigned brands
• Plan, monitor, and support P&L tracking for assigned brands 
• Work closely with the sales team on channel strategy and implementation of trade marketing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with supply planners on order planning
• Support client on product development and product compliance requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry (candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive)
• Knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, especially product categories and channels
• Proven capabilities in marketing planning, market research and demand forecasting, as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs
• Strong business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ambitious, assertive, self-motivated and results-oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
