Title:  Business Solutions Executive

General Responsibilities:

• Perform data cleansing and ensure the accuracy of master data
• Manage and maintain CRM systems
• Develop and maintain dashboards to support business decision-making
• Maintain and automate reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Respond to user tickets and provide effective solutions
• Handle internal and external client inquiries efficiently
• Facilitate communication between local IT, regional teams, and clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
• Participate in the development and maintenance of a Data Lake with regional teams

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems and data governance
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus
• Experience in handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Previous experience in a similar role within a business solutions team
