Title:  Technician, Technical Service (On field)

Summary

The Field Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing Cummins engines at customer sites. This includes maintenance planning, parts preparation, and documentation management. The role requires working safely and efficiently while providing high-standard service aligned with company policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Cummins engines
• Communicate and provide service to local customers
• Prepare documents such as repair orders, work reports, and warranty claims
• Plan maintenance, arrange spare parts, and coordinate delivery
• Maintain work areas and tools in good condition

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in heavy machinery repair; electrical knowledge is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, and a service-minded attitude
• Proficiency in basic office software; English communication skills are an advantage
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to work on-site
