Title:  Technician Technical Services

Job Summary

To repair and maintain heavy diesel vehicles, generators, diagnosing issues, ensuring HSE compliance, and completing accurate documentation.

General Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on generators, heavy diesel products and vehicles.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoot various diesel engine issues.
• Carry out engine rebuilding and reconditioning tasks.
• Deliver first-class service to customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Diagnose and repair various engines from different client represented and/or distributed by DKSH Laos.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents to the Supervisor promptly.
• Complete all required documentation accurately, including service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality assurance forms, business system entries

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Mechanic post apprentice. Experience with servicing and maintaining heavy diesel products. Cummins engines experience is advantageous
• Mechanical trades qualified as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (Open to light vehicle qualification)
• Electrical engineering knowledge of Heavy Equipment and Machinery as well as IoT equipment
• Solid diagnostic and IT capabilities

Education

Certificates in mechanics and/or electrical engineering from technical schools, community colleges or higher will be appreciated.
