About The Role
What You Will Deliver
- Achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories by executing structured sales plans and proactive customer engagement strategies.
- Call on and visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, secure product demonstration opportunities, and identify quotation prospects.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight key features and customer benefits, converting engagements into measurable sales outcomes.
- Prepare quotation and tender prices, delivery terms, and commercial terms in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, market developments, and sales performance to support informed business decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases to ensure business continuity and reporting integrity.
- Manage customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution to sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inform existing and prospective customers of promotions and new or upgraded products to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery or installation of products and systems.
- Support the development of key customer relationships in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance sales processes, customer satisfaction, and overall sales performance.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, General Medicine, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working with a pharmaceutical company.
- Foundational knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry, market dynamics, competitors, and customer needs.
- Knowledge of assigned pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and services, complemented by strong selling skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships.
- Basic research and analytical skills to support sales planning and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in the local language and working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
