Job Summary
Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that support healthcare products, services, and overall brand visibility. This role collaborates closely with the sales, medical, and product teams to develop targeted campaigns, educational materials, and promotional content in compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans to support product launches, services, and campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, medical, product) to align strategies.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, events, print).
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs.
- Develop content for healthcare audiences, including doctors, clinics, and patients.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, digital content, and product information.
- Ensure all content complies with healthcare regulations and company standards.
- Support medical education and awareness campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials and touchpoints.
- Support brand-building activities for healthcare products and services.
- Organize medical conferences, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for event execution.
- Track and report marketing results, ROI, and market trends.
- Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- 2-3 years’ marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles and regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and content‑writing skills.
- Demonstrate Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and basic in English, both written and spoken
Education
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
