Title:  Manager, Distribution Center Operations & Transportation

The Manager, Distribution Center Operations & Transportation leads and oversees end-to-end warehouse and distribution center operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence across Laos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving DKSH's supply chain performance and enabling sustainable business growth within the Consumer Goods segment.

• Develop and enhance distribution center strategies, policies, and processes to optimize warehouse capacity, increase productivity, and minimize costs.
• Ensure order fulfillment and distribution activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Plan and manage manpower resources and critical operational capacity to sustain efficient distribution center performance.
• Determine equipment, infrastructure, and facility requirements to ensure continued availability and operational reliability.
• Monitor and identify cost drivers, establish effective business controls, and implement solutions to reduce costs and grow revenue.
• Ensure distribution center operations comply with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards and global quality procedures, including temperature-controlled and cold-chain storage requirements.
• Institute and sustain quality control measures to ensure stock and inventory accuracy and prevent damage to goods in storage or transit.
• Manage root cause analysis and implement corrective actions related to stock holding, product quality, and trade fulfillment.
• Build and manage customer relationships by providing regular feedback and conducting periodic operational reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Business Development, to develop new and existing business opportunities that maximize warehouse utilization.
• Set clear team direction and cascade functional goals to ensure alignment, clarity, and accountability across the team.
• Drive the learning and development of team members in Supply Chain Management to achieve team and function goals.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Minimum five to eight years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum three years of experience in a managerial capacityIn-depth understanding of distribution center operations, distribution, and transportation.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and cost structures.
• Proven experience managing complex supply chains in a multinational and cross-border environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointFluency in English, both written and spoken.
