Job Summary
Support Client manager in order to ensure smooth client business integration and drive business growth of clients
General Responsibilities
- Update Client Manager and prepare regular reporting to ensure smooth Clients’ work. Support client manager in managing day to day operation and ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Act like Center support on marketing activity & drive consumer promotion activities and prepare claim report in timely manner.
- Coordinate and communicate all planned activities to operational department and business units, internal and Client.
- Prepare report- Visibility, Claim and track the accuracy in process and work assigned.
- Prepare relevant documents, communication to other functions for Consumer promotion activities, Track Store stock availability to support Client promotion monthly activity.
- Work closely with Client and internal departments to gather and verify information as and when required.
- Collaborate with DKSH IT, Client and Operations teams for service solutions

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in Marketing and similar role
- Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
- Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills
- Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Education
- Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
