Job Summary

Promote and sell the company’s products with the objective to achieve profit margin and customer satisfaction within   established policies, procedures and guideline.

General Responsibilities

  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
  • Design and develop new equipment and systems or redesign of existing equipment to fulfill the needs of customers.
  • Research and analyze customer needs and suggest product features based on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Assist sales team in configuring the correct solutions for the customers.
  • Study new products/technologies aligned with existing product lines to recommend enhancements or modifications.
  • Assist sales team on product demonstrations/technical presentations to customers or at conferences to promote products and services.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support through presentations and customer visits.
  • Run sample tests on instruments as and when needed (in-house or at customer sites)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing users.
  • Provide training to customers in post-sales and method development.
  • Provide after-sales technical support through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration services.
  • Coordinate with relevant client and global key-service contact to provide efficient service related to the local installed base equipment.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • At least 1– 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Command in English both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Computer literacy, especially excel and Power Point.

Education

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
