Title:  Delivery Driver

The Delivery Driver is a key contributor to DKSH's Supply Chain Management operations, ensuring that products are delivered accurately, completely, and on time to the right customers across the Vientiane Capital region. This role directly supports customer satisfaction and strengthens DKSH's distribution network in Laos.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of the right products to the right customers, maintaining high standards of reliability and service excellence
• Coordinate with customers to obtain accurate and complete signatures on shipping documents and invoices upon full product delivery, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
• Uphold road safety and full compliance with traffic laws at all times, operating vehicles in a professional and responsible manner
• Conduct thorough pre-departure vehicle inspections and promptly report any technical issues that could affect delivery schedules or road safety
• Support fleet coordination and route planning, adapting to operational changes as needed to maintain seamless delivery performance
• Collect customer cash payments in accordance with invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness at the point of delivery
• Prepare and submit daily bill and product cost summaries to the supervisor, supporting financial visibility and accountability
• Ensure scheduled vehicle servicing and maintenance are completed on time to sustain fleet readiness and minimize operational disruption
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

• High school diploma or above in a related field is an advantage
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Holds a valid Lao driving license
• Familiar with delivery routes across the country, enabling efficient and reliable service execution
