Job Summary
Drive monthly sales targets by leading teams, ensuring in-store excellence, executing promotions, managing budgets, providing market insights, supervising field staff, and aligning with marketing strategies.
General Responsibilities
- Drive both exclusive and shared sales teams to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Improve in-store fundamentals including product visibility, must-stock-list (MSL) compliance, planogram adherence, distribution coverage, pricing compliance
- Lead the team in executing market promotions such as premium giveaways, pricing promotions (if any)
- Monitor and manage the allocated budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for monthly activities and promotional campaigns.
- Keep the team updated with market movements and provide relevant market intelligence to support strategic decisions.
- Supervise Product Consultants (PCs) and Merchandisers to ensure they perform their daily tasks and any additional assignments effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Executive to align field execution with marketing strategies.

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Education

Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
