Title: Assistant Sales Administration Support

Job Summary
To provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by ensuring accurate order processing, documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient sales operations and supporting revenue generation in the consumer goods business.
General Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify pricing, discounts, promotions, and product availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor order status and manage any issues or discrepancies.
- Act as a point of contact for sales representatives and customers on administrative matters.
- Support customer inquiries related to orders, billing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain strong coordination with key accounts and distributors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance, stock levels, and delivery status.
- Assist in data analysis for sales forecasting and planning.
- Ensure proper documentation for all transactions (invoices, delivery notes, contracts).
- Support compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized filing systems for sales documents.
- Liaise with finance for billing, payment follow-ups, and credit issues.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Assist sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and reports.
- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to the sales function.

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
- Experience in consumer goods / FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
