About The Role

The Assistant Manager, Talent & Organization Development is a key enabler of organizational growth at DKSH, responsible for driving talent management, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement across the business. This role partners closely with business leaders and Human Resources (HR) stakeholders to build organizational capabilities, strengthen the employee experience, and develop talent pipelines that support long-term business objectives.

What You Will Deliver

  • Lead Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) in partnership with business leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritize development interventions that drive measurable workforce improvement.
  • Design and manage the annual training calendar, ensuring learning programs are aligned with business priorities and workforce development needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external learning programs, monitoring training effectiveness and learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs that position new hires for success from day one.
  • Champion participation in People DNA and other corporate development programs, embedding a culture of continuous learning and self-development across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate training completion records Support in the annual Performance Management Process (PMP).
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance management practices, setting clear expectations and supporting meaningful development conversations.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and action plans that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Coordinate the annual Your Voice Survey and pulse surveys, partnering with management teams to translate results into meaningful and measurable improvement actions.
  • Manage employee recognition programs and organize culture-building events and activities that strengthen team cohesion and a sense of belonging.
  • Develop wellbeing and employee experience initiatives, monitoring engagement metrics and recommending data-driven improvements.
  • Coordinate annual talent review processes and support succession planning to build a robust talent pipeline aligned with current and future business needs.
  • Support the design and implementation of Human Resources projects that strengthen employee capability and drive organizational performance improvement.
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Human Resources certification is an advantage.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 to 3 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Employee Engagement.
  • Proven experience in managing Human Resources projects and engaging diverse stakeholders to deliver results.
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills that enable effective planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resources systems Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Good command of the local language and English, enabling clear and confident communication across the organization.
