Job Summary
Manage the team for sell products/services to achieve team sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
General Responsibilities
- Manage the team & customers to sell products to achieve regional and local sales targets for assigned businesses/clients/territories and overall business objectives
- Develop territory-wise / client-wise / business line-wise sales plans
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customers’ accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Liaise with Marketing and Client Management teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication to customers
- Increasing customer penetration across all channels, e.g. Hospital, Clinic, Pharmacy and Wholesale channels
- Gather and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in the service level agreements
- Provide feedback and market & customer intelligence from the market to BD & CM teams as required
- Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Act as a DKSH representative to communicate all other necessary issues to customers
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance laws and regulations in all sales activities

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Sales in Healthcare or similar industry
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity, managing a team of Sales Reps and/or Supervisors
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, or an equivalent degree
