Title:  Assistant Distribution Center Operations

The Assistant, Distribution Center Operations is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient product management across the full warehousing cycle, from inbound receiving through to outbound delivery handover. This role is integral to maintaining stock integrity and service reliability within DKSH's supply chain operations in Vientiane Capital, Laos.

Receive and verify incoming products against supporting documents such as invoices, packing lists, and load documents to ensure accuracy and completeness at the point of inboundInspect physical products against documentation by validating product names, quantities, and batch numbers to safeguard stock integrityStore products in designated locations in accordance with client requirements, storage type, storage conditions, and product classification, including trading items, Free of Charge (FOC) items, saleable stock, and quarantine itemsExecute pick and pack operations in line with invoices, load documents, and other relevant instructions to support timely and accurate order fulfilmentHand over products and corresponding invoices to the delivery team, ensuring a seamless and accountable transfer within the supply chainConduct regular stock counts on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis to maintain inventory accuracy and support operational visibilityAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required

High school diploma or above in a related field is an advantagePrior experience in a relevant warehousing or distribution field is an advantage, though not essentialStrong numerical aptitude to support accurate inventory recording and stock managementFamiliarity with transportation routes across the country to support logistics coordinationBasic proficiency in Lao and English communication to facilitate clear and effective workplace interactionWorking knowledge of computer applications to support day-to-day operational and documentation tasks
