Job Summary

The role involves creating visually aligned marketing materials, managing social media content, and supporting marketing initiatives. The person will also prepare SFE reports, monitoring SFE KPIs, maintaining call plans, and managing the Echo Plus database to ensure data accuracy.

General Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing and strategically aligned designs for all kinds of marketing materials not limited to brochures, banners, social media etc,
  • Work closely with the commercial & marketing team to develop design concepts aligned with goals and strict brand guidelines.
  • Produce drafts and revise based on stakeholder feedback in a timely manner.
  • Prepare final graphics for printing or digital publication, ensuring accuracy and high quality.
  • Support Facebook/TikTok/Instagram etc. page administration by managing page roles, setting up automated replies, post content and boosting posts as directed by the respective marketing team.
  • Summarize and report on performance.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a challenging environment. Respond to queries from potential clients/customers in supporting business development interactions
  • Review and ensure timely uploading of the pre-call plan.
  • Monitor and report on SFE KPIs such as call activity, frequency, coverage, and detailing. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
  • Generate and distribute daily/weekly/monthly SFE reports using available dashboards and systems.
  • Support data management activities such as call plan, customer profiling, and rep-to-territory mapping.
  • Maintains, monitors, and supports the Echo Plus database system. Ensures data accuracy and validity and updates information in the system.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in graphic design or creative production.
  • Experience working in a sales/commercial organization or supporting a field force is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and/or other design tools.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook page admin tools and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of SFE systems (e.g., Echo Plus, Power BI).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from performance metrics.
  • Basic communication in English.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
