We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator – Contracts based in Tullamarine. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to Bio-Strategy customers through effective and efficient co-ordination of service jobs.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Efficient handling of service agreement creations and renewals process working with Sales and Service personal and directly with customers
• Create jobs for all service agreement Preventative Maintenance service agreements on receipt on accepted agreements
• Ensure parts required are created and priced up for service agreements
• Create Tasks to order parts
• Ensure Service Tools Database is updated as required with new tools and provide direct support to engineers to maintain service validations of tools are performed on time
• Assist Service Coordinators with efficient management of service calls and requests or queries from customers and staff
• Enter all customer jobs into the CRM system efficiently and accurately

To be successful you will have:

• High quality organisation and prioritisation skills
• Ability to multitask & work autonomously
• 2+ years Customer Service and administrative skills
• Proficient skills in Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
• Ability to work in a face paced environment meeting customer and business expectations
• A can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
